The skirts are designed to be worn between waist and hips. Fleece fabric can stretch up to 4″. The more the stretch the snugger the fit.
To take measurements:
Waist- measure around your natural waistline, about 1″ above navel
Hips- with feet together, measure around the fullest part of hips and buttocks
Length- measures from top of waist line to bottom of hem. A custom length can be accommodated
